1. Introduction

Tech Exclusively LLC ("Tech Exclusively," "we," "us," or "our") provides the Digital Recipe Box mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

Digital Recipe Box is designed as a private personal recipe-management application. We do not operate a public recipe database, and a user's private recipes are not made publicly searchable through the App.

2. Information You Provide

Recipe and account content. You may enter recipes, ingredients, directions, notes, favorites, shopping-list information, customization choices, and other content you choose to store in the App.

Photos and camera access. If you choose to add a recipe photo, scan pantry items, or use another feature that requires the camera or photo library, the App may request permission to access the relevant Apple device feature. Access is used only when needed to provide the feature you select. You can manage these permissions through your device settings.

Support communications. If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you provide in your message, including your email address and any information you voluntarily include.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

Digital Recipe Box offers subscriptions through Apple's App Store. Subscription purchases, billing, payment information, renewals, cancellations, and related transaction processing are handled by Apple. We do not receive your full payment-card information.

The current subscription options are $3.99 per month or $34.99 per year, subject to the pricing and terms displayed by Apple at the time of purchase. Where offered, the subscription includes a 3-day free trial.

4. Private Backup and Sync

The App may provide private backup or synchronization features intended to help you retain your own recipe collection when changing or using supported devices. These features are for the user's private data and do not create a public recipe database.

Where Apple services such as iCloud are used, information may also be processed under Apple's applicable terms and privacy practices.

5. How We Use Information

We use information only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, support, and improve Digital Recipe Box; provide features requested by the user; manage subscription-related app access; respond to support requests; comply with legal obligations; and protect the App, users, and Tech Exclusively LLC.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not make your private recipe collection publicly available.

Information may be shared with service providers or platform providers only when reasonably necessary to operate the App, provide requested functionality, process App Store transactions, maintain security, or comply with law. Apple independently processes information associated with the App Store and Apple services under its own policies.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to legal, security, backup, and operational requirements.

For applicable account or service data associated with Digital Recipe Box, our intended retention period after the relevant account or service relationship ends is up to 1 month, unless a longer period is required by law, necessary to resolve a dispute, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, or complete a user-requested export or recovery process.

8. Subscription Expiration and Read-Only Access

If a subscription expires or is canceled, Digital Recipe Box may enter Read-Only Recipe Box mode. In this mode, users may view and retrieve or export existing recipes, but may not add or edit recipes or use active decoration/customization features that require an active subscription.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information associated with the App. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Your Choices and Controls

You may manage camera, photo-library, notification, and other device permissions through Apple's device settings. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through the Apple Account/App Store subscription controls.

Where the App provides export, deletion, backup, or recovery controls, you may use those controls as available. You may also contact us regarding privacy questions or requests.

Data Deletion: If you delete recipes, voice notes, lists, notes, or other content from Digital Recipe Box, Tech Exclusively LLC is not responsible for the loss of that data. Please back up any information you wish to keep before deleting it.

11. Children's Privacy

Digital Recipe Box is a general-audience recipe application and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

12. International Use

If you use the App outside the United States, information may be processed in jurisdictions with different data-protection laws. Where required, we will handle information in accordance with applicable law.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App, our practices, App Store requirements, or legal requirements change. The revised Policy will identify its updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the App, website, or another appropriate method.
